Unless expressly stated, this website is not the official corporate website of EXSIM Group, Majestic Gen, or any of their related companies.

The Project is promoted as a collaborative development by EXSIM Group, which includes EXSIM Development Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200901032054 (875164-W)) and its group of companies, together with Majestic Gen.

The final and legally recognised project developer or vendor shall be the entity stated in the official booking form, Sale and Purchase Agreement, developer sales documents, and other relevant legal documents.

EXSIM and Majestic Gen names, project names, logos, images, floor plans, and related brand materials are used for project marketing purposes, subject to the relevant appointment, permission, or marketing materials provided for sales purposes.

Tan Jun Xian is not the developer, vendor, or any officer, director, or employee of the developer. IQI Realty Sdn Bhd earns a marketing commission from the developer for successful property sales referrals, and Tan Jun Xian (REN 52015) is remunerated through IQI Realty Sdn Bhd.
